The New Home Guide and Warranty outlines our proven program of Customer Care in place at White Horse. The Guide also contains phone numbers for your use in the event of an after hour emergency. Please print out the subcontractor list on pages 10 and 11 of this  Guide to have them on hand in the unlikely event of an emergency. An emergency is defined as no heat, no water, no electricity, broken pipe, gas leak, etc. that cannot wait for the next business day.
